| dc.description.abstract | Tomando en cuenta la relevancia del clima laboral en las organizaciones para la consecución de las metas y objetivos, se ha realizado la presente investigación con el objetivo de realizar un diagnóstico actual del clima laboral para Pizzería el Hornero de la sucursal del parque Bicentenario, a través de este estudio se identificó las diferentes variables que caracterizan el entorno endógeno de la empresa, para posteriormente proponer un plan de mejora para las y los trabajadores de Pizarrica Cia Ltda. Para realizar la siguiente investigación se trabajó con un universo total de 24 colaboradores los mismos que son objeto de estudio y que forman parte de la organización y están distribuidos en las diferentes áreas de la empresa como son: el área de cocina, el área de hornos de pizza, el área de delivery, además del área administrativa, cabe recalcar que se contó con el apoyo absoluto del Sr Geovanny Gordon Administrador del local, que brindo todas las facilidades para obtener información relevante a fin de conocer todas las variables del entorno interno de la organización. Entre las dificultades analizadas mediante la herramienta Foda pudimos observar elementos que desfavorecen al buen ambiente laboral como: la falta de trabajo en equipo en algunas áreas, el espacio físico limitado, la mala comunicación entre los compañeros de trabajo, el mal liderazgo por parte de la administración, sin duda estos son factores implican un riesgo alto para la organización, cabe mencionar que también se encontraron aspectos positivos que favorecen al clima laboral, por ejemplo: la retribución económica, el festejo a los cumpleañeros de cada mes, variables que son muy apreciadas por los miembros de esta organización. Como propuesta de valor se creó un plan de mejora en base a los puntos más relevantes de la investigación, cabe señalar que se utilizó como herramienta de análisis: la encuesta, la observación y la interpretación de los resultados. | es_ES |

Among the difficulties analyzed using the Foda tool, we were able to observe elements that disadvantage the good work environment such as: the lack of teamwork in some areas, limited physical space, poor communication between coworkers, poor leadership on the part of the administration, these are undoubtedly factors that imply a high risk for the organization, it is worth mentioning that positive aspects that favor the work environment were also found, for example: economic remuneration, the celebration of the birthdays of each month, variables that are highly appreciated by the members of this organization. As a value proposition, an improvement plan was created based on the most relevant points of the research, it should be noted that it was used as an analysis tool: the survey, observation and interpretation of the results. | es_ES |
