dc.description.abstract	“PLAN DE NEGOCIOS PARA LA CREACION DE UN ASADERO DE POLLOS SECTOR LA VILLAFLORA DMQ”. El proyecto de factibilidad está enfocado a la población flotante y residente del sector la Villaflora, ya que acuden por muchos motivos ya sea (distracción, trabajo entre otros), motivo por el cual es una buena opción para la implementación del asadero de Pollos. Esta tesis comprende 4 Capítulos, en los cuales están centrados netamente en el estudio de diferentes temas relacionados con el proyecto. El primer capítulo es el estudio de las generalidades del proyecto. En el segundo capítulo es el estudio del Marco Teórico relacionado con todos los conceptos, en que nos vamos a basar en el estudio del proyecto es la fundamentación teórica de autores. En el tercer capítulo está el Estudio de Mercado que tiene como finalidad determinar la oferta y la demanda estableciendo la demanda insatisfecha del mercado. En el cuarto capítulo, es el Estudio Técnico el cual ayuda a mejorar todos los recursos disponibles de una manera óptima. El quinto capítulo, es el Estudio Financiero el cual permitirá verificar la viabilidad y rentabilidad económica del proyecto. Y por último tenemos las conclusiones y recomendaciones a fin de puntualizar los resultados de y las recomendaciones necesarias para el mejoramiento del proyecto	es_ES
dc.description.sponsorship	"BUSINESS PLAN FOR THE CREATION OF A CHICKEN FARM SECTOR THE VILLAFLORA DMQ". The feasibility project is focused on the floating and resident population of the Villaflora sector, since they come for many reasons either (distraction, work among others), which is why it is a good option for the implementation of the Chicken farm. This thesis comprises 5 Chapters, in which they are focused clearly on the study of different topics related to the project. The first chapter is the study of the generalities of the project. In the second chapter is the study of the Theoretical Framework related to all concepts, on which we will rely on the study of the project is the theoretical foundation of authors. In the third chapter is the Market Study which aims to determine supply and demand by establishing unmet market demand. In the fourth chapter, it is the Technical Study which helps to improve all available resources in an optimal way. The fifth chapter is the Financial Study which will allow to verify the viability and economic profitability of the project. And finally, we have the conclusions and recommendations to point out the results of and the recommendations necessary for the improvement of the project.	es_ES
