| dc.description.abstract | El presente documento es el Estudio de Factibilidad de una Granja Avícola en la Parroquia Aláquez del Cantón Latacunga Provincia de Cotopaxi, tiene como finalidad identificar la necesidad de la creación de la microempresa en la zona determinada como Alaquez, para lo cual se realiza una encuesta a 300 personas de la zona siendo esto el inicio que ayuda a determinar las condiciones para emprender en este negocio. Ante la pandemia que vivimos en la actualidad se vio necesario el poder proveer al sector una carne de ave de calidad, que cumplan la expectativa de las personas que las adquieran y también se convierta esta granja en una potencial fuente de trabajo para el sector. De las encuestas realizadas se identificó que hay una demanda de al menos unas 30 aves por semana, en un peso aproximado de 5 libras. Una vez analizadas las condiciones de la zona, la demanda del producto, la inversión requerida para la implementación de la granja se concluye que el proyecto es viable y se puede proceder con su ejecución. | es_ES |
